A bit like a relay race, real estate transactions involve multiple parties who ‘pass the baton’ back and forth; all while traversing a vast number of moving hurdles and working toward the finish line. Trust is key, and clients and colleagues alike want CJ on their team. After earning his undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Missouri and law degree from Ave Maria Law School, CJ began practicing in Chicago; previously as an associate, then more recently as partner and co-owner of another Chicago real estate law firm for five years before opening Lamb Law, PC. When not engaged in practice, CJ spends most of his time with family; golfing, traveling and cooking. Perhaps a bit of an adrenaline junkie, CJ may likewise be spotted scuba diving, dune-boarding, skiing, cave diving, hiking and sky diving – all favorite adventures of his. CJ is also involved in educational charity groups; hosting fundraising events and drives.
